Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME -If your order is for next day delivery it will be processed and posted out the same day if received before 12 noon. Standard delivery orders will be processed and posted out within 1-2  working days.

If you live in the UK you have two different delivery options:​

​

• Royal Mail Special Next day delivery before 1pm £8.95.

• First Class delivery - delivered within 3-5 working days £4.95

• Collect in store FREE- pick up from our Newbury store.

• For overseas postal rates please refer to our Website.

Deliveries are made by Royal Mail. A signature is required on all deliveries. Deliveries are usually made between 8am and 6pm. If you are not usually at home during these hours, you can provide an alternative delivery address, such as a work address.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally items purchased online may not be available. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately to either offer a full refund, an exchange for another item or inform you of the expected delivery time of the item.

There may be the rare occasion when an item is purchased online, and the website may have had a delay in updating stock variants and that item may have previously been sold within the store shortly prior to the online purchase. In these instances, you will be notified immediately, and any monies paid will be fully refunded. Experience shows us that the most efficient way for the customer is that we cancel the order in-store.
